Head of Directorate of Perspective Planning dealing with long term strategic planning of operations & logistics and Human Resource Development.(1991-92)

 
Aurhor of Army Strategic Doctrine on HRD.
 

Graduate of prestigious Royal College of Defence Studies (RCDS) in UK(1986).On UN  Mission in Congo in 1962-63.Also visited UK, USA, Canada, Germany, France, Italy and Norway while on RCDS(UK) in 1986.

 

HONOURS AND AWARDS:

In addition to gallantry awards of Sena Medal (SM) and Ati-Vishisht Seva Medal (AVSM),recepient of Param Vishisht Seva Medal (PVSM),the highest peace time award for distinguished service of most exceptional order in 1996.

Visiting professor HRD/Human Behavioral Science at various management institutes.
Conduct Seminars/Workshop on "Dynamics of Success”, which is a result oriented programmed synergizing development of body, mind and spirit for personal and professional success.
Also organize special Training & Development packages on 'Organizational and Excellence' through "Self-Empowerment Process" for senior /middle level executives as also for supervisors,both in Public/Private sector and academic institutions of repute.
